In this video I'll do an unbiased data analysis of house prices over the past 25 years, and them compare them to the stock market over the same period. I'll do this data analysis using Python and Spark since we're dealing with tens of millions of records.

The reason I did this is that I realized how much the media is using selective statistics to influence people in making their decisions. Everybody emphasizes on the fact that we need to base our decisions on data and it's 100% true, but that data analysis needs to be properly done and represented accordingly. Therefore I hope this video will help you make better decisions using big data.
