Here's a situation.
C is inside the key for 2 sec meanwhile the ball is outside the arc controlled by PG but one of the defender tip it away and it's rolling on the floor. At that time C has already stayed in the key for more than 3 sec, but the ball is still rolling on the floor and the shot/game clock still running. Is it a 3 sec violation?
How to understand " in control of a live ball."
