Aloha! In this video I
Useful info. I have an o’o bar. Now I know to bring it. Breakfast @ tin shack then a Go pro on a bike along gov beach road from say makkuu tidepools or Hawaiian beaches to 4 corners with music would be a nice meditative video???
Enjoyed the video Mike, thanks for the info. Have you ever worked with a Hori Hori knife for small projects?
What is the banana plant variety at the beginning of the film?
Awesome video, I'm glad I have all those tools minus the wheelbarrow. I too own property in the Puna district, I can't wait to get on the island and start clearing land. If the universe works as I like, should be there middle of September. Keep the videos coming.
Yay I get so excited whenever I see a new video. Thank you for always inspiring me!

Hello George,
If a last trending move bounces back as per the technique you describe it should be fibo from the move 1.382 not fibo on the retrace. In other words you did it correct and then you reversed it incorrectly. The correct one is at 20.29 fibo from the first green to the end of the move - the move from 1990 - 2000

I’ve just liked a video of a man using a garden fork! What has my life come to?
It might have a lifespan lol = "cheaply made". Thank you for your tip. I was thinking of buying one.
You said you were going to spray something on the compacted lawn
jumping on a pitchfork with mandals ?
Always enjoy your videos. Not choosy. Just whatever. Take care.
Get yourself a rotory hammer for digging and drilling holes for fence post's
Nice video
I borrowed my neighbour's cheap wheelbarrow and broke it, so I replaced it with the top of the line steel one. Now I feel free to borrow it all the time. ;-)
HI M AND P... HOW ABOUT A TROPICAL FRUIT HUNTING VIDEO? WE SEEN some FOLKS pULL OFF THE ROAD AND PICKED WILD COCONUTS PAPAYA AN HARVESTED CHICKEN EGGS> WE THINK THE SCENERY < VARIETY AND BOUNTY FOR OFFGRIDDERS WOULD BE AWESOME!!! pAUL N JILL
congrats your land is getting more and more fertile
Good info. Thanks!
I had a couple of questions! Why did you pick that particular spot in Puna?
I’ve noticed you can get some pretty cheap spots in that area where (I think) you guys are. Was it just financial? I realize there’s plenty of rain to grow anything there, but…
What would be your dream spot on the Big Island? (to grow fruit trees)
Is being closer to Hilo more desirable? (just to be closer to things?) What do you think of Kona?
Are there any wholesalers who would buy your fruit? (verses selling it a farmers market)
just found your video my friend just moved to mt view I am thinking of moving out there the potato fork is for pulling the compost over the plant as you mond it up not to harvest I am a small farmer good luck maybe we will meet some day
Another great wheelbarrow is the black rubbermaid that you can find at Home Depot, Dells or Ace - cheapest at Home Depot.
Do you chickens? If so, hows that going?
Good to see you again. Keep those videos coming. Take care.
At 7:29, a lesson we all learn the hard way..lol! Good video on tools.
Have you experienced any problems with vermin? For those who are new to or coming to Puna, a video addressing this would be good. Those pesky mongoose.
Mahalo for the video guys. Always good to get some tips on tool usage! Hope you guys are doing well. Some possible video ideas:
1. General info on tree varieties and your experiences getting them to grow there
2. General video on clearing raw land by hand from start to finish
3. Update on how much of your own food you generate and which sources are the most prolific
Nice to see you again.
Very informative..thank you!
Have you had much problem with slugs in the garden?
Good info..
I'm jealous !! I must toil at subway tomo and deal with Saratoga tourists, but your hands are in the Hawaiian soil!! Nice
I’d like to see a video about pruning fruit trees, when, where, why, what you are looking to achieve in pruning and why it helps the tree.
Your farm looks beautiful and I love your puppy ?
Hey man, I would love to meet you I am moving to a small place in Hawaii, Papu cir, unit 1163 Pahoa. How far are you from there and will you please help me in anyway possible
I will greatly return the favor in whatever manner I can
How about a video on any medical plants you may grow and what they are good for (Totally not talking about weed)
Do you all know anyone who knows how to build an off grid home with foundation, septic , solar, etc who may be looking for work later this year? Someone who is skilled at finish work too?
And most importantly, every farmer needs a good ol' dog!????
Need ur help
