Adam Gower: First question of three: what are your personal key daily habits that make you, and your business productive, and successful?
Nav Athwal: Go to the gym to clear my head. That's critical. That's what allows me to really to have the energy to take on a very full day, and make a list of things I need to get done that day, so I am not lost, or struggling to figure out what to work on next. Calendar everything in color code; certain elements of the day, which are more thinking time, versus meetings, et cetera. Those three habits, I think, would be at the top of my list.
